The Insertion Drill

This simple exercise develops tactile sensitivity for locating facial gaps and openings when razing your opponent. To avoid injuries, the insertion drill is applied to your training partners hands, not his face. Depending on your skill level, this drill can also be performed with your eyes open or closed.
